Privacy Policy for the Network of Social Norms and Agency Learning Collaboratives
By subscribing to a regional Social Norms and Agency Learning Collaborative newsletter, you consent for the regional Learning Collaborative to use your email in accordance with the policy outlined here. We may also use your devices IP address to monitor page view and resource download trends from your region through an analytics package.
As part of the registration process for an e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use this information for the following reasons:
- to tell you about the regional Learning Collaborative’s work
- to contact you if we need to obtain additional information about ways to engage with the Learning Collaborative
- to check that our records are correct
- to send news updates, event invitations, and new resource or publication announcements from our regional work
We use a third-party provider to deliver our newsletter, dependent upon the regional Learning Collaborative’s platform choice. The Learning Collaborative will gather statistics around email open and click rates using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve the e-newsletter and serve you better.
We will not share your data with anyone other than the newsletter provider, or the team within the Learning Collaborative managing membership.
The data controller for each regional e-newsletter and subscriber data is the region’s organizational host or secretariat.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Learning Collaborative e-newsletters or emails, or by reaching out to the regional Learning Collaborative directly. If you unsubscribe, your email address will no longer be contacted.
